This green tea powder is partially shade grown (shading is erected over the rows several weeks prior to harvest), giving it a full-bodied, rich taste and deep green color. Hand harvested around Ipha (the first day of the summer season), it is then ceramic ball milled into a fine powder. Delicious made with either hot or cold water.
