This Boseong Daejak (Fourth Pluck) green tea is hand harvested during April. The larger leaves are selected from the Ujeon, Sejak and Joongjak plucks, then steamed to prevent any oxidation, thereby maintaining the distinctive color and taste of the spring harvest.
