This Jeju Island organic nokcha (green tea) is machine harvested in late summer on the slopes of Mt. Halla on Jeju Island, off Korea's southern coast. The leaves are then steamed to prevent any oxidation, thereby maintaining the distinctive color and taste of this late summer harvest.
