Jeju Island Green Tea with Omija Schisandra Berries
This Jeju Island First Flush green tea is harvested just before Ipha (the beginning of the summer season) on the slopes of Mt. Halla, off Korea's southern coast. Prepared by steaming, rolling, sorting and drying it is then carefully blended with organic omija ("five flavor") Schisandra berries and left to rest to allow the flavors to mingle.
