Jeju Island Green Tea Powder (Matcha) with Red Ginseng
This organic Jeju Island First Flush matcha is harvested just before Ipha (the beginning of the summer season) on the slopes of Mt. Halla, off Korea's southern coast. Prepared by steaming, rolling, sorting, drying and milling, it is then carefully blended with powdered Korean organic red ginseng.
All natural ingredients, no added flavorings, colors or sweeteners.
Prepare by whisking 1 teaspoon tea in 6 ounces of hot or cold water. Also great with steamed milk as a matcha latte, mixed in yoghurt or ice cream or baked in your favorite cookie or cake recipe.
